Alphanumeric is hiring a Russian Help Desk Analyst to join our Russian team in Lisbon. You will be supporting our global client's services working from home. You MUST be located in Portugal and be FLUENT in English.

Activities and Deliverables?

• Raise tickets for application issues or requests for users
• Triage of user queries/issues/requests
• Creation of weekly metrics to enable analysis of ticket SLA
• Measures and KPIs?
• Adhere to resolution with 90% tickets resolved within SLA

Requirements

This is what we expect from you:
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Service Desk Analyst or equivalent customer service position focused on technical support
• MUST be fluent in English and Russian with excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Provide Service Desk support to external customers and users mainly in Windows Operational System
• Provide a ticket management service for application related issues and requests:
• Dedicated Support across the Applications to handle ticket management
• Capacity to manage contingency and workload fluctuation across the Platform
