RPA Delivery Manager

For our client, a software house, one of fastest growing US technology companies and a top software development services provider for CEE region,we are looking for RPA Delivery Manager.

Our client is making large investment into RPA offer across top technology platforms: Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, UIPath and WorkFusion. They are hiring Delivery Manager as the key person. The role is based in Cracow and requires 20-30% travelling in Europe. The role is a mixture of delivery manager, architect and consultant; one will be also involved in presales activities. One will be in charge of: – project estimation – POC delivery – RPA project delivery to the new clients all across the Europe – management of arr 10-15 projects at time Delivery Manager will be the main point of contact with RPA Account Manager for Europe and will take over the delivery of the projects, managing the team of RPA Specialists, BI Specialists, ML Engineers, Data Analysts (currently 10+ headcounts, which is planned to at least double every year), working both on client site and off-site in Cracow. The succession plan for Delivery Manager is to become a Head of RPA Delivery.

- at least 6 years of experience in delivery management in software development service area
- experience in RPA projects delivery
- knowledge of main RPA technology platform (Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, UIPath and WorkFusion)
- previous experience as a software developer
- excellent command of English
