Location: Zalau or Bucharest
Seniority/Experience: over 6 years’ experience
Degree: Economics or other similar field

Aim of the position:

Advise and cooperate with all Sponsors in Romania regarding the Retention of all associated parties: mainly non Commercial Intermediaries, etc.

Scope “coaching” of the:

- Policy ofConduct (“PBC”);
- Procedure for engaging Licensing or Permitting assistants, Advisors, Document Assistants and Firms and;
- Gifts, Hospitality Meals andTrips
- Charitable contributions
- other related guidelines on Conduct.

Assist during the Due Diligence process in terms of correct scope definition, timing (and “opportunity” or relation to substance/current–fronting third party’s relationship if decided by the Sponsor-), efficiency, comprehensiveness and documentation.

Cooperate in the detection of potential “red flags” and further analysis/ clarifications and/ or resolution by BCCO.

Follow up on Due Diligence and Agreements due dates and formalization needs of potential related activities.
Perform “in person” training locally and assist with any necessary training to third parties.
Support the Sponsors’ s with the oversight process.

Interact as liaison with other areas in the management of common related topics.

With BCCO’s area: Regarding compliance and interpretation of the PBC and other compliance procedures, as well as red flag clarifications.

With TLS: Regardingissues, such as termination of agreements, formal clarifications of red flags, special clauses for an agreement, material changes to current scope of agreement, formalization of services rendered, etc.

With ADFI: regarding completeness of Due Diligences´, signature of Agreements, etc.

Perform regular Quality Control over intermediaries Agreements and / or Due Diligences and assist in implementation of correction actions. Input gathered through internal audit and external audit remediation plans, BCCO’s monitoring, etc.

Prepare regular reporting and global database up dating both to Risk Assessment Senior Manager and to BCCO referents.

High travel availability to move regularly within Romania (Zalau, Bucharest, Calarasi), meet Sponsors and manage strict oversight over procedures implementation and conduct policies compliance.
