Revenue Accounting Assistant Manager

We are looking for Assistant Manager to form part of our client’s Revenue Accounting department. If you are keen on numbers, and passionate about leading a team of people, Ceek would like to hear from you!

What is expected of you?

Lead a team of revenue accounting technician and coordinators
Establish goals and continuous improvement processes
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures
Oversee new projects are necessary
Communicate with the team with regards to policies, problems and methods
Encourage employee development through goal setting, appraisals and monitoring
Maintain a good and strong relationship with clients
Ensure adherence to SLAs and budget

What are you expected to bring?

Proficiency in Excel
Experienced in IATA revenue accounting, IATA proration rules and IATA resolutions
Knowledge of Oracle financials and Amadeus would be an asset
Strong communication skills
Ideally have a minimum of 2 years working experience within a managerial role
Good command of the English language
Experience in Airline Revenue will be considered as an asset
