Revenue & Reservations Manager

We are looking for a Revenue and Reservations Manager who will be responsible for analysing and presenting financial data that will help the Sales and Senior Management team move towards success.

What is expected of you?

Be responsible for all activities related to the hotel’s website such as e-commerce and e-marketing
To drive market share and revenue performance
Manage and lead the Team on a daily basis in line with the company’s strategic goals
Identify new business opportunities
To gather and analyse statistics related to the identification of potential business, markets and trends with the intention to minimise risks
Complete and analyse monthly reports
Outline and present risks related to meeting rooms and guest room availability
Ensure effective information and analysis related to business risk
Manage staff in accordance to company’s policies and procedures
Recruit, manage, train and develop the Revenue and Reservations Team
To report directly to the Hotel Manager
