Responsible Gaming Officer

Job Description

One of our iGaming operator clients are hiring a Responsible Gaming Officer to join their Compliance Team!

You will liaise with the Customer Care Team to support with all escalations relating to problem gaming, self-exclusion and underage gamblers in all their licensed markets.

You will also continually review and improve existing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with the relevant regulatory bodies as well as provide ongoing training to customer service staff.

Responsibilities:

Review and improve existing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with the relevant regulatory bodies & legislations
Initiate, recommend, develop, maintain and revise policies and procedures to continuously enhance the overall effectiveness of those programs
Responsible for handling escalations relating to problem gaming, self-exclusion and underage gamblers while liaising with internal departments and making detailed logs of each case
Educate and provide information to all staff in RG strategies and procedures
Provide ongoing RG training to customer service staff
Maintaining logs in relation to problem gaming & complaints, including liaising with corresponding bodies (ADRs & Regulatory entities)
Promote awareness of responsible gaming issues among staff
Ensure Responsible Gaming is an integral part of the daily operations in everything, from Customer Service to marketing and technical enhancements
Responsible for training of any potential new hire within the RG Team

Requirements

equirements:

Fluent English language skills, Swedish language skills too would be considered at asset!
Around 2 years working experience in iGaming
Hands on experience dealing with RG cases and strong knowledge of responsible gaming regulations in relevant markets
Ability to draft & update policies and procedures of the Company ensuring RG Compliance.
Excellent problem solving and analytical thinking/innovation
