Position: International Relations Coordinator – French – Utrecht


Our international client based in Utrecht is looking for an International Relations Coordinator who will be responsible for customers in the French market. Our client is among the fastest growing companies and operate in the e-commerce industry. The successful candidate will be a commercially minded and self-driven individual with excellent communication skills. You will work in an informal environment within an international hard-working team.

Main Tasks
• Working as part of a Sales team to onboard new clients
• Maintaining and further developing relationships with existing clients
• Ensuring excellent customer service delivery and client retention
• Following up on outstanding payments
• Promoting and communicating the company’s products and services by telephone and e-mail
• Managing negotiations with a commercial mindset
• Be aware of and comply with company policies and guidelines

Requirements
• Bachelor or Master degree in Business or related studies
• At least one-year relevant work experience in the field of account management, client services or tele sales
• Excellent level of French language skills (spoken and written)
• Strong communication skills in English required for internal use
• Team-player with planning and organizational skills
• Good communication skills
• Persistent, proactive and a positive attitude
