Regulatory Licensing Officer (based in Malta)
Job Description
We are looking for a meticulous, detail-oriented Licensing Officer to join our client’s Regulatory Departments. If you have a keen eye for detail with exacting standards, Ceek would like to hear from you!
What is expected of you?
Review applications received and ensure that all documents are in place and forward such documents for due diligence purposes
Ensure that all details are kept up-to-date on the company intranet
Process and issue approvals for employees and maintain information on database
Process and issue permits for nonprofit entities
Draft, issue and renew licenses
Deal with application requests
Participate in meetings and recommend means of improvement
Attend training, conferences and perform any other tasks are directed by management

A Diploma level of education
Qualifications in Business/IT/Statistics will be considered an asset
Previous experience in Business/IT shall be considered an asset
Ability to work under pressure and on own initiative
