Regulatory Licensing Officer

We are looking for a Licensing Officer to join one of our client’s Regulatory Department within the authority overseeing one of Malta’s booming industries. If you are able to work magic with numbers and stats, a strategist by nature and able to work on own initiative, then Ceek would like to hear from you!

What is expected of you?

Review applications received and ensure that all documents are in place and forward such documents for due diligence purposes
Ensure that all details are kept upto-date on the authority’s intranet
Process and issue approvals for employees and maintain information on database
Process and Issue permits for nonprofit entities
Draft, issue and renew licenses
Deal with application requests
Participate in meetings and recommend means of improvement
Attend training, conferences and for a as required and perform any other tasks are directed by the Regulatory Officer

A Diploma level of education
Qualifications in Business/IT/Statistics will be considered an asset
Previous experience in Business/IT shall be considered an asset
Ability to work under pressure and on own initiative
