Regional Operational Key Account Manager

Job Description

The candidate will be responsible for the operational performance and development of key customers. You will work closely and support the national teams to ensure all committed KPIs are met.​
Effectively manage and maintain customer relationship and development, and support all retention related initiatives for customers
Lead in business and performance reviews (KPI) with customers and commercial lead
Create and update SOPs at regional level and ensure country adherence
Initiate and drive continuous process improvements
Create and maintain reporting required for monitoring and analyzing
Support and lead implementation and project initiatives as required.
Support all RFQ and rates management activities.
Minimal traveling may be required

Requirements

Able to solve critical issues in a fast-paced environment with time–sensitive deadlines Possess a positive and confident personality with well-developed negotiation and persuasive skills.
