The Role
We have a fantastic new opportunity for a Projects/Programme Manager to oversee a critical recruitment programme for one of our largest clients in the Pharmaceutical space within Switzerland - Lonza. This role will be responsible for managing the successful delivery of the hiring programme as well as oversight of the workstreams.
The programme is a ‘ramp up’ for a key site location in Switzerland. We are supporting our client with the hiring needs into 5 new production hubs across a 5 year period. During 2019 this programme will require an additional 150 staff.

Requirements

Key Accountabilities
• Manage all relevant workstreams for the programme from a Korn Ferry perspective (recruitment, headcount planning, logistics, event planning, candidate attraction and marketing)
• Deliver agreed reporting for all aspects of the programme
• Realize opportunities for efficiencies in solution execution and implement innovative solutions and continuous improvement initiatives
• Deliver services with high levels of client satisfaction
• Provide timely updates to the Global Account Lead, client management, stakeholders and/or executive sponsors
• Manage and set strategic direction with the EMEA Account Lead and clients through monthly reviews and updates
• Advise client on market trends, best practices and opportunities for improvement and/or corrective action
• Liaise with key stakeholders across Korn Ferry
• Maintain awareness of creative sourcing strategies and work closely with the team to develop the best approach for the client
• Communicate effectively with the client to identify needs and evaluate alternative recruiting solutions
• Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction
With additional responsibility around Operational Excellence as follows:
• Create and own a project plan
• Own and manage a related RAID log, capturing all account-related issues and developing solutions for resolution, with clear owners and timescales.
• Manage any issue-related escalation processes for issues that cannot be immediately resolved, ensuring these are escalated through the relevant Korn Ferry & client tiers and within agreed timescales.
• Manage workstream resources effectively, monitoring the team workload to resources ratio and flagging where more or less resource is required.

Required Skills
• Proven experience within talent acquisition at a management/senior delivery levels
• Proven success in Project Management (preferably in a formal environment, such as using Prince2 or Kaizen methodologies)
• Proven success at leading teams, based across various locations
• KPI achievement and upselling to client stakeholders
• Stakeholder management with the ability to influence and negotiate
• Cross country experience preferred (the successful candidate must be willing to travel frequently)
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with an ability to interact effectively at all levels and across diverse cultures
• Self-motivated
• Swift client responsiveness
• Willingness to adapt to new processes and effectively deal with changes and challenges
