Recruitment Manager role
Ideal Candidate
• Should possess excellent stakeholder management skills
• Masters or Post Graduation with Specialization in HR
• Relevant experience in HR/Recruitment and Team Management
• Should have worked in recruitment in the IT industry in Europe as the role requires working within in an offshore / outsourcing delivery model and calls for someone who has the cultural affinity to and an understanding of work practices in both geographies
• In depth knowledge for IT/BPO hiring and fluency in English
• An ability to work under pressure, good stress management.
• Business travel may be required
Recruitment Consultant role
Ideal Candidate
• Fluency in English
• Previous experience in Recruitment / HR Degree
• Very good knowledge of computers
• Strong organisation skills & attention to detail
• Previous experience of sourcing for high volume, multilingual roles is considered an advantage
• Flexible to take up business travel
Requirements
Recruitment Manager Responsibilities:
• Responsible for Leading hiring and meeting Fulfilment target
• Build strategy along with Management to fulfil vacancies through the most beneficial source of recruitment with a keen focus on meeting timelines, minimizing costs and improve quality of hire
• Meet individual and team KPIs. Responsible for End to End recruitment and continuously monitoring and reviewing the cost of hire
• Should be adept at Sourcing of candidates through various means such as Job Boards, Recruitment Consultancies, Internal Referrals, Headhunting Research and implement new ways of sourcing candidates
• Supplier Relationship Management – Periodic performance assessment of all active partners and further, renewals based on performance
Recruitment Consultant Responsibilities:
• Coordinate end to end recruitment processes, including working with hiring managers to define required skills sets, source and screen candidates
• Actively attract candidates through various sourcing methods: Internet search, posting ads on job boards, networking, social media
• Conduct phone and face-to-face interviews
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to ensure a strong candidate pipeline.
• Maintain strong professional relationships with the selected candidates: communicate and negotiate contract offers, provides feedback regarding their application
