Job Description

GCS Recruitment is growing and is seeking to hire a Recruitment Consultant to join the team. The main duties but not limited to are:

• Partnering with Clients to determine staffing requirements
• Developing and executing recruitment plans
• Analyzing vacant opportunities and creating job descriptions
• Screening and sourcing of CVs
• Setting up and attending meetings and interviews
• Handling administrative duties
• Maintaining a regular contact with both candidates & clients
• Determining applicant qualifications by interviewing candidates, analysing responses, verifying references, comparing qualifications to job requirements
• Focusing mostly on accounting and finance recruitment opportunities

Requirements

• Previous experience and/or related education background would be considered as an asset
• Knowledge of employment law & market salaries would be considered as an asset
• Excellent command of the English language
• Great communication skills; both written and verbal
• Strong negotiation and decision-making skills
• Highly organised with strong time management skills
• Great team player
