Job Description
• Partnering with Clients to determine staffing requirements
• Developing and executing recruitment plans
• Analyzing vacant opportunities and creating job descriptions
• Screening and sourcing of CVs
• Setting up and attending meetings and interviews
• Handling administrative duties
• Maintain a regular contact with both candidates & clients
• Determining applicant qualifications by interviewing candidates, analysing responses, verifying references, comparing qualifications to job requirements.
• Focusing mostly on languages recruitment opportunities

• Previous experience and/or related education background would be considered as an asset
• Knowledge of employment law & market salaries would be considered as an asset
• Excellent command in English – both written and spoken
• Strong negotiating and decision-making skills
