Job Description
With over 1000 members living throughout our 170 London and Cambridge locations, our accommodation club is looking for a dynamic and ambitious individual to join the team, as a Property Inspector.
The position will entail:
* Periodic inspections of our let and managed properties across London.
* Liaising with Tenants and Company.
* Generating and submitting inspection reports with photographic images.
* Carrying out end of let final checkouts.
* Preparing general statements of condition for properties.
* Engaging in customer and client contact via the telephone, email, face-to-face and written correspondence.
* Other general administration duties
The ideal candidate must be resourceful, well organised, personable, punctual and be able to work well within a team.
Experience will be an advantage but not necessary as full training will be given.
A full clean driving licence is essential.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £18,000.00 to £30,000.00 /year
