Job content
Contributing to the management of client projects on Finance and Risk topics
Actively cooperating within the Insurance Finance and Risk Transformation team in regards to planning, executing, controlling and reporting of scope, time, resources and budget with impeccable eye for delivery quality
Coordinating the communication and stakeholder management between the Insurance Leadership team and KPMG's external customers
Analyzing the change impacts and developing the strategy and tactics for change delivery
Conceptualizing, coordinating and monitoring the transformational aspects of change
Establishing excellent working relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements
Degree level education required and PMI, IPMA, PRINCE2 or similar certification preferred
2-3 years’ work experience within a Project Management Office (PMO) or as a project lead with knowledge in project planning, communication, controlling and reporting, including preparing presentations for C-level audiences
First work experience within financial services (Insurance preferred), ideally within Finance, Risk, Internal Audit, Actuarial, Technical Accounting or Re-insurance
Proficiency with Office Suite, knowledge of ERP and/or GRC software solutions is a strong asset
Structured, decisive, pragmatic personality with solid interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Fluent in English and German
