Programme Manager/ "Customer Delivery Manager"

• Overall 8 to 15 yrs with 5 to 6 yrs of proven experience in Delivery Management and Business-Development (Sales)
• Need to be abreast with industry trends in the domains like Pharma (Life Science), Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Enterprise Solutions(SAP).
• Good at connecting and building strong relationship with Customer stakeholders in the region
• Ready to travel between UK, Belgium any other required cities in Europe in Short notice.
• Participate in RFPs and drive them to come up with proposals/solutions by working closely with Sales, Competencies, Partners, Delivery and Business teams
• Good experience of Pre-Sales, various Delivery & Costing Models
• Escalation Management experience with capability of working independently on multiple projects, and ability to prioritize tasks and meet strict deadlines
• Excellent organization skills and ability to operate effectively in a multicultural, matrix organization where the workload requires balancing multiple responsibilities simultaneously
• Establish and maintain cross functional relationships working with offshore and onshore teams
• Good at projecting Targets, identifying Potential Opportunities, tracking Order Book etc..
• Role is expected to be generating new revenue and maintain and management current deliveries.
• Excellent communication and customer engagement skills. Belgian / French Speaking is must.
