Job Description
Product Owner needed for a fantastic iGaming career opportunity in Sunny Malta! The role is a great opportunity to embark on a career within an industry that promotes a fun, casual but hard working team/office environment.
Responsibilities:
Defining detailed specification and requirements for Product development;
Lead sprint planning, daily scrum, sprint review and sprint retrospectives with the development teams;
Overall prioritisation of the development team roadmap based on business value for all stakeholders in the organisation and the greater business plan/vision;
Working with the Product Manager, Operations team, Commercial and Marketing teams, as well as, any other stakeholders to understand the needs of the customers and business;
Acting as a link between Business and Tech to ensure transparency, visibility and clarity;
Working with UX & UI experts to clearly define the customer experiences;
Communication with stakeholders on progress and timelines of deliverables as well as dissemination of any release notes;
Ensuring proper analytics, tracking as well as KPI’s are in place to analyse customer behaviour and to lead optimisation of the product;
Preparing user stories with detailed acceptance criteria for the development team;
Follow key KPIs and relevant ad-hoc reports as guidelines for prioritisation;
Maximise development, productivity, and quality.
Requirements
What we'd like to see from you....:
Proven experience as a product owner, project manager and/or business analyst;
Highly organised with a great eye and high level of attention to detail;
Ability to break down complex problems into clear, simplified examples to provide clarity for less technical audiences;
A strong technical background, preferably with some development experience;
Ability to travel regularly to our development offices when required;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English;
Great relationship builder and negotiator;
Follow best practices of Agile, Scrum, Kanban processes and principles.
Worked with Atlassian products such as Jira and Confluence.
