Processing Clerk providing financial services to our Clients

Client Account Administration:
•High level of numeracy, strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail
•Highly self-motivated with good organisational skills
•Able to work with minimal supervision to tight deadlines
•Strong administration
•Strong communication skills with an ability to deal with customers / colleagues in a confident and professional manner
•Excellent PC skills (including Microsoft Word, Excel, E Mail
•Processing external payments on behalf of internal departments
•Process transactions on the internal systems

Correspondence:
•Dealing with Client and Internal queries, ensuring that they are resolved efficiently and to agreed deadlines
•Issuance of client statements
•Collating of data for client data access requests
•Operational Control/Reporting:-Investigate and resolve bank reconciliation queries
•Reconciliation of general ledgers
•Preparation of and distribution of internal MI & control reports

Regulatory:

· Participate in the on-going maintenance & update of procedures

Health and Safety:

· The role holder will be responsible for working in accordance with any and all health and safety requirements and must report any dangerous or potentially dangerous activity, whether carried out by them or someone else, to their line manager or the HR department
