PORTUGUESE SPEAKING ACCOUNTS ADMINISTRATIVE - PORTO

Our client is looking for a Portuguese speaking Accounts Administrative to join their Team. This is a position with high responsibility, reporting directly to the Director. Some of the main responsibilities of the role will be dealing with invoices management and a daily contact with international providers.

Responsibilities:
Recording of the day to day transactions of a portfolio of providers
Preparing internal reconciliations
Assist with the compilation of management accounts/ reports
Assisting in the preparation of internal costs maps
Liaise with auditors, providers, clients and professional advisors

Requirements

Requirements:
Portuguese language and cultural knowledge
Fluent English, on a business level
Strong Excel knowledge
Relevant school diploma is mandatory - Accountant Degree would be an advantage
Good writing skills
Ability to have an eye to detail and be very meticulous
Ability to meet strict deadlines
Ability to work proactively and bring your initiatives
