Job Description
Our client is currently recruiting for a Polish speaking Senior CRM Specialist who will join an experienced team based located both in Malta and Poland. The role is within sports betting department and will focus on Polish speaking market.
Responsibilities:
A person holding the position of Senior CRM Specialist will be responsible for the implementation of CRM campaigns (of which 95% are dedicated to sports betting) while being responsible for creating promotional communication (mailing, text messages, private messages, push), and also practical customer segmentation.
Preparation and implementation of campaigns and sports marketing texts, websites, promotional and bonus offers, as well as service communication for sports betting customers on the Polish market
Participation in the process of creating sports events and recommendations calendar on promotional mechanisms
Preparation and analysis of implemented promotional campaigns
Requirements:
The ideal candidate has min. 2 years of experience in CRM (Relationship Management
Customer) including: e-mail, SMS, push, segmentation and / or customer lifecycle management.
Has extensive knowledge of sports to support the creation of promotion and highlighting the most important events.
Understands changes in customer behaviour in order to recommend and extend the life cycle customer.
Has knowledge of SQL databases.
Has good knowledge of MS Office (especially MS Excel)
Knowledge of the bookmaking industry (iGaming) will be an advantage.
Experience in the refinement and improvement of automation processes, A / B testing and analysis these activities will be an advantage.
