Personal Assistant to the CEO

Job Description

Do you consider yourself to be an organized individual? Do you have previous experience in secretarial and administrative duties? If so, we are currently seeking to recruit a Personal Assistant for one of the leading shipping and logistics companies in Malta!

What’s expected of you?

Ensure that the CEO's office is well-organised
Prepare all necessary reports and other documents
Perform general office duties such as taking telephone calls, responding to emails and organizing meetings
Attend and take minutes of management meetings
Greet the CEO's visitors
Maintain efficient storage systems of the CEO’s documents, as well as take care of the CEO’s personal matters related to travel and other arrangements
Perform other tasks as requested by the CEO

Requirements

What are you expected to bring?

A flair for administrative and secretarial duties
Previous experience in a similar role
Good planning skills
Excellent communication skills in Maltese and English (Italian would be considered an asset)
The ability to work on your own initiative
