• Project Engineer for Electrical & Instrumentation works such as: revamping chilled water installation, revamping HVAC units and other Utilities systems (hot water, ...)
• Focus on measurement and control techniques and instrumentation technology!
• The function of the Project Engineer Electrical profile is project bound.

Tasks:
• The consultant is responsible for: design, development and as built dossier of the electrical installations.
• He / She subjects to the needs of the project the electrical supply distribution, this can be medium voltage of 15kV and low voltage of 400V / 230V distribution.
• He / She provides the necessary block diagrams in the project, checks all users whether they are on NET power supply, emergency power supply or DNB power supply.
• He / She has experience with TN-C and TN-S systems, and in other words can perform cable calculations to select the right selectivity (Caneco knowledge is added value).
• He / She prepares specifications and measurement sheets for the project (s) according to the BAE standards.
• After confirmation of execution, he / she works very closely with an electrical contractor. Provides technical follow-up, safety permits, quality controls, ...
• Also monitors administrative follow-up, ie invoicing of electrical contractor.
• In this function he / she works together with the project team facility & utilities. Within the BAE team he / she provides the overarching approach of the various disciplines.
• As discussed with the technology leads Building Security & Building automation which services are all needed from cable traces, cable cars, signal cables, ...
• He / She will work closely with other PEs (PE Building Security and PE Building Automation) of the BEA team.
• He / She checks the electrical contractor after execution and releases the installation again after a successful inspection (switching on of voltage).
• He / She makes an as-built file, makes the necessary adjustments to electrical diagrams and master plans.
• He / she contacts the inspection authority and provides a flawless report in his as-built file.

• Crucial diploma: VCA for management and knowledge of (master) Electricity / Electro - Mechanics
• Knowledge of electrical (signage) inspection
• reports is a plus Added value: Knowledge of program Caneco (software package) for cable calculations.
• Required personal skills: Customer orientation, necessary administrative and communication skills, project management skills and experience in pharma.
