Paid Internship - Social Media Assistant

Main Responsibilities

Handle day to day activities for social media accounts (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube and more);
Communicate with other departments to plan social media content;
Collaborate with colleagues to gather content in due time;
Create text and graphics content, specific for all channels;
Answer to potential messages in Romanian and English;
Regularly analyze the data from the social media accounts and prepare reports;
Propose strategies to improve social media presence

Secondary Responsibilities
Assist with any social media tasks for Stefanini EMEA;
Propose strategies to integrate with other digital marketing activities;
Help with temporary workload increase for other tasks within the marketing department;

Important Skills
Excellent command of English is required
Copywriting capabilities is a must
Capability to plan and have a long term vision
Able to understand and analyze data
Design skills (Photoshop) is a plus

The Social Media Assistant should be a creative and analytical individual with a high interest to learn, ability to prioritize and great interpersonal skills. Duties will include planning, writing, posting, analyzing, as well as designing social media posts.
