P2P Global Process Owner

The Company.

For one of our clients, an international Shared Service Center based in Barcelona, we are currently recruiting for a P2P Global Process Owner.

The Job.

In this role you will act as a Global Reference for the implementation of a Global Standard Process Model in the finance streams, ensuring streamlined processes across the whole organization. The main tasks include:

– Design and implement a worldwide Global Standard Process Model in both the P2P Processes environment and corresponding supporting technologies
– Standardize the P2P processes globally (across countries, regions and SSCs)
– Develop a strategy for process standardization and drive the process adoption globally, together with the corresponding Netsuite Product evolution
– Develop, maintain and own the global standard operating procedures (SOPs)
– Maintain continuous communication with stakeholders and global stream leads in order to develop and maintain change process of global SOPs
– Set up a learning plan that is used as a process training plan for new joiners worldwide in strong collaboration with the training department + managers
– Ensure the correct prioritization of change requests aligned with global stream leads
– Keeping a global view on finance processes, explore and suggest innovative ways for process improvement

The Profile.

The ideal candidate was involved in a global Finance ERP implementation before and has a strong experience in P2P stream and the design and implementation of process models.

– You have an excellent level of English + any other EU language is considered as a plus
– You have min. 4-5 years of experience in P2P stream with involvement in change management projects
– You have excellent senior stakeholder management skills
– You have excellent project management skills
– You have strong experience in a customer facing role / consultancy role
– You want to know why things happen, why processes are set up and people behaviors
– You are curious, analytical and creative
– You have knowledge within Netsuite or similar systems would be a plus
– You have a positive mindset, cultural sensitivity and a high level of autonomy
