Norwegian, Finnish or Danish Outbound Agent

What will you be doing?



Contacting customers over the phone and follow-up where required through email/SMS/onsite message
Working with the CBM to develop effective outbound campaigns for the market to improve retention and reactivation
Bringing back lapsed customers and activating newly registered
Creating bonus offers suitable to customer needs
Being the first line support to the customers if needed on the call
Collecting, analysing and reporting the results on a regular basis
Collecting and presenting customers` feedback
Providing support to the CRMs and CBMs with their daily tasks
Monitoring and presenting local market activities (offers, trends)
Being responsible for the Danish market and working close with other teams in order to align the communication

What have you got?


Previous experience in online gaming/calling
Passion for sports and online gaming
Fluency in Danish or Finnish or Norwegian
Confidence
Friendly approach to customer communication
High motivation, discipline and time management
Ability to make split-second decisions
Interest in tools and technologies
