Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Liaise and work with business and other stakeholders
• Lead and guide the team in day-to-day production support activities
• Analysis, assessment and estimation of change requests and enhancements
• Reporting key metrics to management and business
• Plan and execute projects related to migration/enhancements

Requirements
Must have:
• 8+ years of IT experience preferably in Integration and Architecture.
• Oracle PL/SQL experience
• Unix – Shell Scripting experience
• Ticketing tool experience – ServiceNow, Remedy, or any other
• Knowledge of an ETL tool (preferably DataStage)
Nice to have
• At least 3-4 years of experience in development (preferably on Java related platforms)
• At least 2 years of solution architecture experience
• Experience of a job scheduling tool
• Knowledge and understanding of ITIL processes and support activities
• Minimum 1 year IT support experience
• Utilities industry experience.
