Oracle Financial ERP Program Manager

Job Description

The ERP Program Manager is responsible for leading and anchoring the ERP project preparation activities like integration of newly acquired companies and process standardization in collaboration with business leaders and drive ERP implementation and change management .



Responsibilities:



· Lead an ERP integration project related to acquisition

· Ensure the project is accurately scoped and planned in a time effective manner

· Coordinate with infrastructure team and the network team to ensure the current infrastructure can support the demands of a cloud ERP

· Communicate and escalate project issues and risks promptly and take immediate necessary action to stay in course

· Drive end to end project deliveries from initial scoping to successful handover to business

· Plan, coordinate and supervise all activities related to the data migration, configuration, business blueprint, realization, testing, training and cutover activities for the ERP implementation

· Coordinate with Business stakeholders, IT leadership, Senior executive and third-party vendor teams at all stages of the implementation to keep the project on track, provide visibility on the project progress

and manage the schedule and budget

· Manage and supervise resources on the ERP project and set goals and priorities and provide guidance at various stages of the project

· Ensure project costs and schedules are properly estimated and controlled

· Manage external resources that handle the development, implementation and hosting of the ERP systems, in addition to the architecture and infrastructure for production delivery

· Identify risks and formally manage risk mitigation plans in close collaboration with business

Qualifications:



· Bachelor’s degree (MBA and/or PMP a plus)

· 12-15 years of IT experience including a minimum of 5 years of supervisory/management experience

· Significant background and expertise implementing ERP systems ( Oracle) in a Financials, manufacturing/supply chain-based environment

· Ability to drive strategic and tactical planning, budgetary management and vendor management, including addressing capacity plans, budgets and project management strategies

· Demonstrated experience in managing resources (direct, matrixed and outsourced) across multiple projects and leading multi-discipline, high-performing work teams through various life-cycle phases

· Minimum of two ERP implementation projects experience in a Project Manager/Director capacity

· General level working knowledge in core financials and operational business processes such as General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Bank and Cash Management, Financial Reporting, Fixed assets, Manufacturing Costing, Procurement, Sales, Inventory Management, Production, and Planning is preferred.

· Experience in Manufacturing is preferred

· Project Management Professional certification from PMI is strongly pr
