Operational Excellence Manager (based in Malta)

What is required of you?

Reporting to the Plant Manager, you would be responsible for:

Driving OPEX level achievements
Supporting and driving cost saving initiatives
Structure Value Analysis-Value Engineering process
Transforming data into information to allow good decision making
Auditing, analysing and implementing continuous improvement projects

Technical aptitude
Proven experience in lean process improvements
The ability to foster a culture of operational excellence within a manufacturing environment
