On behalf of our client we are looking for a Multi-Lingual Customer Support Agent to work in sunny Malta, a Mediterranean island with a vibrant nightlife and affordable lifestyle. The job is an excellent opportunity to experience everything Malta has to offer.

The role involves:

- Handling chats in a timely and customer centric fashion;

- Replying to emails in a professional manner;

- Showing empathy and appreciation to our customers;

- Dealing with complaints and dissatisfied customers;

Requirements

- Fluent in Norwegian both written and spoken alongside good English fluency;

- Soft-skills to be able to deal with challenges professionally;

- Willing to work shifts.
