Norwegian speaking Customer Support Agent (7960)

We are looking for a motivated Norwegian speaking Customer Support Agent with excellent soft skills and a positive attitude to ensure player satisfaction. Our client is a growing company with a young and dynamic team supporting a wide variety of brands.

Responsibilities:
Handling chats in a timely and customer centric fashion
Replying to emails in a professional manner
Showing empathy and appreciation to our customers
Dealing with complaints and dissatisfied customers
Working independently and proactively to improve customer satisfaction

Requirements:
Fluent in Norwegian both written and spoken alongside good English skills
Customer related skills/experience
Soft-skills to be able to deal with challenges professionally
A positive attitude
Willing to work morning and afternoon shifts
