Sitel Barcelona is recruiting employees to cover NORWEGIAN OR DANISH market of one of our most important services in Barcelona, which is a dedicated company in the world of visual digital entertainment

What we do here is give support to the Norwegian or Danish customers:
- Customer Care
- Uses of the devices. Any issue the customer could have using them.
- First level of technical support (trouble shooting)
- Information about the product.

What we expect from you:
- Solve the problems the customers could have.
- To adapt to the clients, not everyone needs the same approach.
- To be efficient
- To contribute to keep our great team atmosphere.

Requirements

Where are we?
We are situated in the business area 22@ of Barcelona. Nearby we have the beach and the Poble Nou District. We also have tramway and underground stations close to the site.

What we offer:
- A long term position (contract based on a service)
- Possibility of internal promotion
- Full time position (39h/week)
- 20,000€/gross + monthly bonus
- Paid training of 10 days.
- We start on 2nd of may

Our requirements:
- Norwegian or Danish native level
- English high level
- Customer Service experience
- Call center experience us a plus.
- Soft skills
