• Keep records of customer interactions, transactions and actions taken
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

• English high level, verbal and written
• Customer service experience is a plus
• Computer skills – first level of support
• Soft skills: customer-focused mindset, listening, phone skills, verbal and written communication, building relationships, problem solving, multi-tasking
