Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform 1st and 2nd level troubleshooting of the Bank's Local Area Network (LAN) and Global; Communications networks, including all aspects of the network infrastructure (switches, routers, specialized servers), as well as communication links infrastructure (VSAT, MPLS, IPL, Internet2, etc.);
Responsible for identifying and monitoring network traffic as it relates to outages, and incidents, etc.;
Understand networking commands on Cisco networking equipment;
Perform network troubleshooting.
Requirements
Requirements:
Advanced knowledge of CISCO operation system;
Fluency in English;
Working experience with a ticketing system;
CCNA is highly desirable;
Ability to provide best in class customer service.
