For one of our clients – a company that offers complex and strategic IT solutions – we are
looking for NOC Engineer – Tier 1

Essential duties and responsibilities:
*Support all aspects of of the network infrastructure (switches, routers, firewalls, specialized
servers), as well as communication links infrastructure (VSAT, ,VPN, MPLS, IPL, Internet2, etc.);
*Network monitoring of all access, hosting, managed and core networks using Network
Management Systems and SNMP based monitoring systems;
* Identify and monitor network traffic as it relates to outages, and incidents, etc.;
* Collaborate with other teams in order to provide sufficient resolutions;
*Perform troubleshooting and document cases according to the established procedures.

Requirements:
* Proficiency in English;
* Linux or Windows Server skills;
* Solid understanding of Cisco networking equipment;
* CCNA and CCNP qualification is highly desirable;
* Previous experience working with Cisco hardware including Nexus and software
troubleshooting with switching, routing, firewall platforms;
* Ability to implement and troubleshooting IP, MPLS, BGP, OSPF, G703 & X21, DSL, IPSec, PPP/L2TP, STP and WAN technologies including Ethernet, xDSL, Leased Lines and LES;
* Good understanding of layer 2 switching and layer 3 routing;
* Previous experience on the same or a similar position.
