The Company.

For one of our clients, an international Shared Service Centre based in Barcelona, we are currently recruiting for Global Network and Telecommunications Manager with an excellent level of English.

The Job.

In this role you would be a leading all worldwide operations in the network and telephony while managing international teams and reporting to the senior management.

Your responsibilities:

– Lead the global organization and processes in order to drive services of this infrastructure
– Be the crucial player supervising the quality, reporting, evolution and change management are in line with business expectations
– Responsible for leading and challenging external telecom partners who support this infrastructure from technical and functional perspective
– Accepts challenges related to latency, peering, SAAS apps, where technical knowledge will need to be demonstrated
– Supervising and managing remote teams, leading committees, and reporting to the C-Level managers

The Profile.

– You worked on or implemented a successful network transformation project
– You have a degree in network, engineering, telecommuting or other field
– You have at least 7 years’ experience in managing and supporting corporate networks
– You have experience and understand network configurations. Certification is a plus.
– You have in-depth knowledge of TCP/IP, MPLS, Hybrid, SDWAN, QoS with strong deployment and troubleshooting experience
– You are familiar with network monitoring protocols and tools
– You are fluent in English
