.NET Software Engineer
Job Description
NN Group is a leading insurance and investment management company rooted in the Netherlands and active in more than 18 countries. RAS (Risk and Actuarial Services) is the center of expertise of NN Group located in Budapest that provides services, advice and support to the Head Office and the international Business Units of NN Group in the actuarial and risk area. The team is international and the working language is English.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the existing code base and implement new requirements
- Improve the architecture and the maintainability of the systems, by enhancing our testing framework and fully automating the deployment processes (CI/CD)
- Contribute to the move of the applications to the Cloud, including testing and implementing the security requirements
- Improve the user experience by enhancing Graphical User Interfaces
- Implement high quality code
- Intervene in different areas of the code base, such as database management, Graphical - - User Interfaces and communication with client systems
- Provide user support

Requirements

- .NET and C# experience
- You are comfortable in working Agile/Scrum in a DevOps team
- Excellent communication skills in English
- University degree in Computer Science or related field
- Be able to write clear and well-structured code in object oriented programming languages, including graphical user interfaces, interaction with databases and with client applications
- Practical hands-on approach
- Cooperative spirit
