Marketing Working Student/Intern

-Support our European marketing team to conduct their various daily administrative tasks and projects
-Develop ideas for marketing materials and handle the production process with the marketing team and suppliers
-Prepare and follow-up on different marketing events
-Edit and translate content including social media posts and whitepapers and case studies; manage website updates
-Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams over the process of planning, executing, monitoring, and analyzing the performance of campaigns
-Conduct market research and identify potential target customers as well as existing clients with further up- and cross-sell potential
-Ensure data integrity and accuracy; identify gaps and new data sources to improve our marketing effectiveness

-Ambitious student with a background in Business Administration, Marketing, CRM, Event Management, Online or Social Media or a similar field of study
-Detail-oriented, analytically-driven, enthusiastic and self-motivated individual with an interest in marketing (CRM, events, email, databases, digital etc.)
-Excellent listening and communication skills, both verbal and written
-Structured and independent way of working
-Ability to excel while working on multiple projects with cross-functional partners and teams
-Previous first experiences through an internship or as a working student in startups or corporates (ideally in marketing departments) are a plus
-First knowledge in HTML and WordPress is a plus
-Fluent English and French/German skills in speaking and writing
