Marketing Retention Manager

• Handle all regulatory requirements/processes and communicate it to the VIP’s - conducting daily calls to VIPs in order to achieve required regulatory information.
• Initiate and maintain contact with the networks VIP’s in order to build personal relationships.
• Provide outstanding customer service both inbound and outbound, via e-mail, phone, and chat in order to retain existing players.
• Provide support assistance for VIP members, answering all complaints and issues via all contact mediums (chat, e-mail, phone).
• Support partner’s requests relates to their VIPs promotions/activity.
• Initiate a retention VIP plan and ongoing promotions in order to increase players value and longevity.
• Monitor and analyse player performance with the ability to create solutions and action plans when required.
• Ability to Multi-task in order to achieve targets and meet deadlines in relation to projects, member management, follow ups and daily duties.

• Internet and/or e-commerce experience;
• Previous experience with VIP Bingo members an advantage;
• MS Office (specifically Excel to a good level);
• Experience in gaming industry with at least 1 years’ experience dealing with Bingo product;
• Experience in retention/CRM – must;
• Analytical ability - must;
• Native English Speaker- an advantage;
• Excellent interpersonal skills;
• Excellent communication;
• Problem solving ability;
• Independent working;
