Marketing Director (m/f)

As reBuy’s Marketing Director you will shape and drive our overarching international marketing strategy. You will be the strategic leader and developmental coach for a high-performing, multicultural marketing team and sparring partner for the executive board for all marketing related topics. On our way to becoming Europe's market leader in reCommerce you will lead reBuy’s marketing and manage an 8-digit budget to serve our several European markets. Are you ready for that challenge?

Your key responsibilities:

- Establish an overall long-term marketing strategy for all national and international markets
- Coach and develop and expand a highly competent team with currently more than 10 people
- Evolve and optimize B2C as well as B2B marketing strategies
- You are responsible for developing a marketing blueprint for future campaigns, challenging assumptions in relation to the overall business plan, customer lifetime value and marketing channel scalability
- Develop best practices for marketing, branding and marketing analytics across our entire portfolio
- Develop market entry strategies for new country launches

- At least 10 years of marketing experience in e-commerce, including 8+ years leadership experience
- Proven record of leading and developing marketing teams
- Deep understanding of performance channels, experience with branding appreciated
- International marketing experience in setting up and scaling new countries
- Outstanding analytical skills and a creative and performance-driven mindset
