Marketing Coordinator for Switzerland (German)

The Company.

For one of our clients, an international company with a worldwide reputation based in Barcelona, we are currently recruiting for a Marketing Coordinator for Switzerland with a native level of German and an excellent level of English.

The Job.

In this role you will be responsible for planning, coordinating and deploying of marketing activities (German and English) the company brands in Switzerland, supported by shared resources hosted at the Barcelona-based office.

Your responsibilities:

– Creating and executing the marketing plan with the Swiss team to support revenue growth, brand awareness, lead generation and candidate
– Digital Management: Collaboration with global digital team on the online approach for the local market to ensure web performance (websites & campaigns)
– Campaign Management: Launch of regional and local marketing campaigns (online and offline)
– Content: Coordination and development of local content approach based on global content strategy
– Internal Communications & Employer Branding: Coordination of internal communications and creation of visuals & messages aligned with global employer branding strategy and local communications needs
– Social Media: Execution of local social media strategy (accounts management & content creation)
– Support of the sales team
– Stakeholder management
– Traveling to Switzerland (up to 20% of the working time)

The Profile.

– You have a native level of German and an excellent level of English (French is a plus)
– You have a Bachelor Degree in Marketing/Communication or related studies
– You have at least 3 years of experience
– You are enjoying to work in an international environment
– You can work autonomously
– You are a self-driven and passionate individual with the ability to create synergies and find pragmatic solutions
– You are willing to travel between Barcelona and Switzerland (30%)
– You are a proactive team worker, sales oriented, strategic thinker but hands on to focus on execution
