Management Accountant (based in Malta)

We are currently recruiting for a Management Accountant to join one of our clients operating within the FMCG industry. If you have experience in leading a team, a strategic mindset and a passion for numbers, ceek would like to hear from you!

What is expected of you?

Produce financial statements including profit and loss accounts, budgets, monthly management accounts, variance analysis and commentaries
Keep all financial records up to date and ensure their accuracy
Complete daily banking schedules, reconciliations and cashflow forecasts
Process, schedule and reconcile inter-company accounts and charges
Report on company assets and liabilities
Review working practices and procedures to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations
Ensure all audits are signed off in a timely manner

What are you expected to bring?

A qualification in accounting
A minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior role
Experience in a high-volume and complex environment
Previous experience in FMCG
Excellent leadership and managerial skills
Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
