Maintenance Supervisor
Job Description
We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to join one of the leading hospitality pioneers on a full-time basis. If you think you’ve got what it takes to fulfill the requirements, talk to us now!
What is expected of you?
Ensure a safe and well-maintained environment and ensure that all functions are in place and within budget controls
Always ensure preventative maintenance procedures and adopt a quick reaction to maintenance requirements
Participate in budget forecasts related to maintenance requirements
Maintain and enforce the company’s protection and energy saving policies
Ensure that all necessary documents are up-to-date and filled
Assist the Maintenance Manager to ensure safety at the place of work
Be aware of evacuation plans and other emergency procedures
Perform other related tasks as necessary and as directed by the Maintenance Manager

Requirements
What are you expected to bring?
A minimum of two years working within a similar environment
Candidate must be well-organised and analytical
HTD level of technical education or equivalent
Wireman’s license A & B
Able to work flexible hours and on own initiative
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, most especially in English
