You are responsible for the legal support of M & A transactions and corporate restructuring.
You help with the acquisition of new customers and support team leadership in business development.
You lead and train new employees.
You work with a network of highly talented and knowledgeable experts.
You work both individually and in a team in a diverse and international environment that covers multiple service sectors and industries.

Requirements
Requirements
You have a law degree, you are a lawyer and you have an LL.M. or at least 1 year work experience abroad.
You have at least 2 years of practical experience in M & A in Switzerland; especially in the field of international transactions.
You are stylish in English (Proficiency Level) and German.
You bring in your external network.
You see yourself as a consultant, have a team-oriented attitude and take responsibility for your projects.
