LOYALTY MANAGER – MALTA

We are looking for an English-speaking Loyalty Manager to work within a multi brand strategy. We are looking for an ambitious, positive minded individual to join our team.
The successful candidate will be tasked with handling our most important players. They will join a good team atmosphere which delivers our players the care and attention required to give the best service in the industry and bind our high value players to our brands.

Key responsibilities:

Building, planning, and executing all of loyalty benefit initiatives such as loyalty campaigns and promotions.
Develop strong customer relationships with high value players by interacting with them by chat, phone and email.
Ensure our high value players have a 24/7 first class experience while playing at our brands.
Ensure our customers enjoy our services in a safe, secure and supportive manner.
Fulfil department and personal KPI’s as delivered by management.

Requirements

Requirements:

A Minimum of a 1-year industry experience in a similar position.
Excellent spoken and written proficiency in English. Any additional language such us German, Dutch or Swedish.
Commercial attitude and a passion for commerce and customer relationship management.
Good analytical skills and eye for detail.
Self-motivated, reliable and able to work independently.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suit, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
A good knowledge of compliance regulations, particularly surrounding responsible gambling.
