Job Description

A local and international leading wholesaler is seeking to employ a Warehouse Administrator. If you excel in communication and interpersonal skills, this is the ideal job for you!

What is expected of you?

Prepare and issue quotations and orders
Process and place orders with suppliers
Issue sales reports, purchase analysis and KPI reports
Co-ordinate timely procurement and shipment of goods
Prepare customs documents and up-keep of customs database
Assist with warehouse duties, such as opening of stock , packing stock in preparation for export , stock taking
Assist with other ad hoc duties when required

Requirements

What are you expected to bring?

Hands on and flexible approach to work.
Reliable, with strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Able and willing to carry heavy boxes, use forklift when required
Excellent communication skills
A team player.
Proficient in MS Office applications.
Strong command of both written and spoken English.
Able to work under pressure and to adhere to deadlines.
