We are recruiting for our client, a company from Sibiu which offers IT support services, a Local Manager:
Role:
✦coordonate a team of 25 people
✦ recruitment
✦administrative tasks
✦occasional business trips in Germany/ Timisoara

Requirements
Ideal candidate:
✦has technical education/equivalent professional experience, higher education is preferred but not mandatory
✦excelent PC operating skills and basic knowledge on:
--> administration of IT systems, networks, client/server technologies, storage systems, databases and specific applications, with focus on, but not limited to following areas:
- Operating Systems (mainly Windows, mainly on client side; any other knowledge is a plus)
- MS Office products usage and troubleshooting
- Server and storage systems basics
- Networking basics
- Client hardware basics
- Messaging systems (Lotus/Exchange) is a plus
- PC troubleshooting skills
✦team management experience (IT/call center)
✦very good communication skills
✦German advanced and English intermediate
