On behalf of our client we are looking for a Live Casino Manager to work in Malta!

Responsibilities:

To support the development of the business at this exciting stage of growth, we seek an experienced and motivated manager for our Live Casino. Reporting to the Head of Casino, this is a key role within the product team with a wide-ranging scope and the opportunity to really put your mark on product delivery.

You will own the development, build and launch of our client’s live casino product vertical, working closely with our technology partners and market leading 3rd party providers.
Support the Head of Casino in defining the live casino product strategy and work with B2B, front end and marketing teams to deliver a market leading customer proposition.
Identify opportunities to collaborate with land-based casinos within the Group and lead the delivery of on-site live casino installations.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align product and marketing initiatives – manage KPIs and drive revenue growth of the product.
Deliver a competitive and compliant live casino product in other territories, in line with market opportunities and business strategy.

Requirements

Solid experience as a gaming professional with direct experience in the management and growth of online casino products. The ideal candidate has grown Live Casino to a substantial part of the business.
Live Casino expertise (both product and marketing), with a genuine understanding of the customer, ability to match product to customer expectation
Excellent communication skills, capability of coordinating staff from across the business to deliver to challenging timelines
Creative problem-solving skills capable of taking the initiative. Self-starter.
Proven ability to prioritise requirements and manage the expectations of the operational team
Innovative and data driven approach to identify opportunities and act on them to deliver a top-class gaming experience to customers
