In our community there are over 1000 young professionals living throughout our 170+ flat-shares, we have an extensive and impressive portfolio of rooms in central London at great prices and on convenient terms.
We are looking for an experienced Lettings Manager to run and build the most successful lettings team in London for flat share operations. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who is ready to step up their career and work with a fresh, innovative business rather than a conventional lettings operation.

Your ideal qualifications
-Minimum 2 years experience in a Lettings Management position.
-Good knowledge of the London property market, a background in flatshare accommodation is also desirable.

-Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
-Entrepreneurial spirit and hunger for success
-Ability to meet goals and deadlines
-Natural leadership qualities
