Job Description:

We are searching for candidates with Pleasing personality with a positive attitude
& Excellent Communication Skill in English.

Job Responsibilities:-

 We help people for their rights and to provide justice.
 We work for consumers through communication via email, fax, phone calls, and formal drafted and FACEBOOK TWITTER INSTAGRAM SOCIAL MEDIA communication letter.
 We handle cases against brands like Dell, Airtel, Samsung etc and government agencies like banks, post office, IRCTC etc
 We work as a communication channel between the consumer and the company
 We also work to provide guidance resolution for victims of frauds like a loan fraud, lottery fraud, etc

Salary: 1.0 - 2.5lakh/yr
Time: 10 am to 7 pm
Qualification and skills:
Graduate any Specialization.
